We can handle all parts of the claim, including setting up a vehicle rental. Give Auto- Motion Auto Body a call and make an appointment to bring in your vehicle for an estimate. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your vehicle our staff would be glad to help answer them. Very important: You do not need multiple estimates. Auto- Motion Auto Body will take care of the estimate on your behalf with your insurance or fleet company.
Do not feel pressured by any insurance company regarding where to bring your vehicle or to any repair facility you are not comfortable with. You may have your vehicle repaired at any repair shop you choose. Auto- Motion Auto Body supports your right to choose your own repair facility.
Do I have to get multiple estimates for my insurance company?
Absolutely not! You do not have to waste time running around getting estimates. Auto- Motion Auto Body will take care of the estimate on your behalf with your insurance or fleet company. We will ensure a fair and proper repair on your vehicle. Guaranteed.
Where do I get my CLAIM NUMBER ?
After contacting the insurance company they will assign you a claim number. Simply call Auto-Motion Auto Body with the claim number and we will handle the entire claims process for you. (410) 451-7405
Do I have to pay a deductible?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Deductibles, when applicable, are normally paid at the time of pick up, although can be prepaid if desired. Deductibles are paid to Auto-Motion Body Shop.
Paintless dent repairs often provide a much less expensive solution to the annoying "door ding" challenges. Ask our staff to advise you on this process. It can be an inexpensive way to bring your vehicle back to smooth again.
Can I get other work done on my vehicle while it's in the body shop?
Yes. Just let the service manager know what other work you would like done and he or she will work with you to make the necessary arrangements.
How long will my vehicle repairs take?
The Service Manager will be able to provide you with a timeline estimate that it will take to complete the repairs to your vehicle. Be sure to check with your Service Manager for the specifics on your vehicle.
If you need a rental car, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. If you do not have rental coverage on your policy, Auto-Motion will ensure you the lowest rate possible with our rental partners at Enterprise.
Can I get a ride home after dropping off my car?
Yes. we would be happy to provide this service to you. We can provide a pickup and delivery service.
How will I know when my car is ready for pickup?
You will be notified when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call 410-451-7405 or email us during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
How can I get a rental car?
If the frame of my vehicle is damaged, is it a total loss?
No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. If it is determined that the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.
